Acer has just presented what is the first tablet with Chrome OS on the market, a Chromebook Tab 10 that the Asian manufacturer wants to address the educational sector. Like most laptops with this system, the tablet of Acer bets for a contained price, although it has some surprise as support for stylus.
With this release, the operating system of Google takes a new step towards convergence, since after implementing the compatibility with Android applications now dares with one of its factors of form. It will be equipped with an OP1 processor, 4 GB of RAM and 32 gigabytes of expandable storage.

The new Chromebook Tab 10 is a tablet with 9.7-inch screen and QXGA resolution of 2048 x 1536 . All this in a device with a size of 172.2 x 238.2 x 9.98 mm and a weight that stays at 550 grams.

Inside we can find an OP1 processor, which has a dual-core Cortex A72 and a quad-core Cortex A53. They are accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 32 gigabytes of internal storage, which can be expanded through its microSD card slot. As for connections, it also has an audio jack and a USB 3.1 port of type C.
All this will be powered by a battery of 34 Wh that should reach nine hours of autonomy according to Acer, although you have to try it in first person to check it.
